FAQs

Q. How do I make an appointment?
Simple! Once you have filled out your online application or have called our direct contact number we will arrange with you over the phone to come and inspect your caravan and we’ll confirm via email your appointment.

All of our appointments are free and you have no obligation to sell.
Q. What do I need for my appointment?
Your caravan must be cleaned and emptied of all personal belongings. Water systems drained down and Toilet cassettes must have been emptied.

You will also need the following :-

CRIS document – This must be in the name of the current keeper

A form of ID – Original photo ID such as a passport or driving Licence.

Copies of all service history

2 sets of keys and alarm fobs – Unless you’ve told us otherwise, the valuation provided assumes you have 2 sets keys for the caravan. If you only have 1 set of keys the price offered after inspection may alter.

Bank details – So we can make quick payment. The account must be in the name of the registered keeper

Finance settlement letter – If the vehicle has any outstanding finance we need a letter with the settlement figure from the finance company to be able to buy the caravan. The settlement figure must be in date.

Anything else that we will need – Motormover handset, Awning if agreed and any other accessories such as water containers or locks. Radio fascia’s, leg winders, water pumps, bunk guards, cushions and ladders if applicable.
Q. I have outstanding Finance on my Caravan. Will you still buy it?
We can arrange settlement of any outstanding finance on your Caravan.

For us to do this we will need you to provide an in date letter from your finance company, detailing the current settlement figure and your agreement reference number.

The settlement amount will be deducted from the amount paid to you.

We will pay your finance company within 4 working days after the day of sale.

If you owe more on your finance than the value of the caravan, we will still be happy to purchase the vehicle, but you will need to pay us the shortfall by debit card or Bank transfer when we purchase your caravan.
Q. How and when will I receive payment?
Payment will be made directly in to your account same working day as the sale using our standard electronic bank transfer. If collection is over the weekend funds may not appear till the next working day. There is no charge for this service.
Q. What will happen on the day of my appoinment?
The appointment typically takes between 20-40 minutes. One of our trained representatives will carry out an inspection of the caravan checking that the condition and age is as described and that there are no water ingress issues. Once the inspection has been completed a final price will be offered for the vehicle. The price may differ from your original valuation if we consider that the value is affected by any aspect of its condition including damage, damp issues or any unusual features/customisations which was not made apparent to us. Once agreed the funds will be paid into your bank account.
Q. How long does my valuation last for?
Your valuation is guaranteed for 7 days. Any valuation you have which is older will not be valid and you will need to arrange a new valuation.
